“Haze: Know it. Stop it.” Singapore’s first public exhibition on haze!

The “Haze: Know it. Stop it.” exhibition was organised by the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) in partnership with the PM.Haze. Launched in November 2014, it was Singapore’s first public exhibition about the haze.

Why does the haze come back year after year? Why should we be wary of haze particles? Is palm oil to blame for the haze? Can we in Singapore help stop the haze when the fires are raging beyond our borders?

Join us at the “Haze: Know it. Know it” exhibition to learn what causes the haze and how you can be part of the solution to this public health and environmental crisis.

Organised by the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) in partnership with People’s Movement to Stop Haze (PM.Haze), the exhibition attracted 10,000 visitors when it was launched at the VivoCity shopping mall in November 2014.

It will also travel to City Square Mall in July 2015 and the Science Center Singapore in September 2015. Come with your family and friends and experience our interactive display!

Our guides from the SIIA and PM.Haze will also be there to share our perspectives on the issue and answer any questions that you have. We also hope you can contribute to the XtheHaze movement (www.xthehaze.com), jointly run by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), PM.Haze and SIIA. Find out more about this campaign to stop the haze from our exhibition guides.

See you there!
